Each request is signed with your secret: header X-NyxPrism-Signature: t=…,v1=… is an HMAC-SHA256 of "t.body".

Document Workspace
Open once, work locally, and continue with the next PDF result. Editable exports, bookmark editing and basic readiness checks stay in your browser.
Keeps up to five prior documents within a 50 MB history budget in memory. Clear or reload to discard workspace copies. Existing optional cloud-save settings still apply to downloads.
Editable Word and Excel exports
DOCX exports selectable text in approximate reading order, without original layout or images. XLSX groups selectable text by visual row into one sheet per page; fragments become text cells, not reconstructed tables. Review columns before use. Scans need OCR first.
Bookmarks
Edit titles, destination pages and hierarchy levels (0 is a root bookmark). Rows keep their displayed order. Export expands bookmarks; external links are preserved. PDF content and form fields are preserved, but signatures may be invalidated.
Basic accessibility and PDF/A readiness
Checks observable declarations and text only. This is not a compliance validator or certification. Full font embedding, reading order, contrast and image descriptions are not checked.

Choosing Yes sends each page's text and a page image through NyxPrism to Claude, the same assistant used by our other AI tools. It reads the entire document, including scans and drawn boxes, and places fields you can edit. No separate model download. Standard AI plan and usage limits apply; each page uses one request. Review all fields before downloading.
Click a blank space to place a field, or use "Place field in center" with the keyboard. Drag the field to move it; drag its edge or corner handles to resize it. With a field focused, Shift + arrow keys resize by one point. You can also enter exact width and height in its settings. Existing fields and page content are preserved. New fields follow the order you add them.
Selected field
Free text does not enforce a date or time format. You can also change the field type to Text field.
Use the same field name for every radio button in a mutually exclusive group.
Totals add Number, Currency amount, and text fields with Number validation. Add source names before downloading. Validation and calculations work in this app; external reader support varies.
Select any field to change its type, configure it or delete it; Undo restores changes. Date/DOB and time fields support a picker or free-text entry. Pickers use YYYY-MM-DD and HH:MM; currency uses a numeric amount without a currency symbol. Fill PDF Form provides specialized controls; external readers may show plain text and vary in validation support. Blank-line detection finds selectable underscore/dash lines, not scans. Adding fields can invalidate digital signatures.
Draft saving is off. Drafts never upload to a server.

Connect your own Stripe account and you can ask a signer to pay (a deposit, a fee, an invoice) before they sign. Money goes straight to your Stripe account.

When everyone has signed, the signed PDF (with its certificate) goes straight into a folder called “NyxPrism signed documents” in your Google Drive or Dropbox.
How long finished signing and distribution documents are kept. Requests nobody finished are always removed 30 days after their link expires.
Download anything you need to keep first. Healthcare records often have to be kept for 6 years or more; check your own rules.
